Meet the Chef
As the eldest daughter, I started cooking meals at a very young age for myself & my family. I have always enjoyed preparing homemade meals, and I LOVE cooking for others.
I was born and raised in the South (USA), so I learned how to make Southern meals from scratch in GA/FL. I worked at my parent’s restaurant in Florida as an Executive Chef, where I learned more about food preparation, handling, safety, & food presentation/service.
I also lived in South Korea for almost a decade, where I learned how to prepare many Asian dishes. My menu is a mixture of all the meals I have learned how to cook and perfect over the course of my life in the USA/Asia over the past 30 + years.
